Junior Sous Chef – School Catering | Oxford
Location: Oxford
Pay: £17.50 per hour, paid weekly through MINT
Schedule: 5 out of 7 days
DBS Essential
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a school in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for a chef looking to develop their skills in a professional and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Support with meal preparation and service
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Help manage stock, supplies, and kitchen organisation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and school staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Understanding of dietary requirements and allergens
- Passion for high-quality food preparation
- Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
