Head Chef – School Catering | Oxford
Location: Oxford
Pay: £20 per hour, paid weekly through MINT
Schedule: 5 out of 7 days
DBS Essential
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a school in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is passionate about delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in an educational setting.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Create and deliver nutritious, balanced menus for students
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management
- Manage stock levels, suppliers, and kitchen budgets
- Work closely with school staff to meet dietary and nutritional needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a catering environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens
- Passion for delivering high-quality meals
- Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
