✔ A back-of-house pro – you’ve worked in hospitality, catering, or kitchen management and know how to run a tight ship. While experience is a plus, if you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and drive, we’re more than happy to train you up and give you the skills to thrive.

• Running back-of-house operations – overseeing kitchen and catering teams at multiple venues.

• Planning & scheduling – ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

• Driving growth – identifying opportunities, bringing in new business, and expanding the division.

• Recruiting top talent – selecting and training the best chefs, kitchen staff, and catering pros.

• Ensuring compliance – maintaining top-tier standards in food hygiene, health & safety, and legal requirements.

• Building strong client relationships – understanding their needs and ensuring seamless service.

• Problem-solving on the fly – stepping in to ensure every event runs without a hitch.
