We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Rutland. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of high-standard dishes
  • Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management, including stock control and ordering
  • Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards and meets health and safety regulations
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Contributing to menu development and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Passion for high-quality ingredients and fresh, seasonal produce
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
