We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a well-established gastro pub in the Ribble Valley. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and driven hospitality professional to take on a leadership role in a busy and welcoming venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience
- Lead and support the front-of-house team, maintaining high standards of customer service
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Manage bookings and event coordination where necessary
- Ensure all health and safety regulations and licensing laws are adhered to
- Work closely with senior management to drive business performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a gastro pub or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy service periods
