Head Chef – Café/Bistro

We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established café/bistro in Clitheroe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a fresh, seasonal menu and make a real impact in a thriving daytime venue.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment
• A passion for fresh food and creating high-quality dishes
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a small team
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and EHO requirements
• Ability to manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets effectively
• A head chef to introduce a deli offering within the cafe of fresh homemade produce 
• A chef who wants their breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes on the map, appearing on Instagram and socials , the place to go in the Ribble Valley
• A chef happy to work in a small kitchen team
