The Opportunity:

• Permanent position
• 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays
• Flexible working across a 7-day rota
• Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Hands-on role, with significant time spent working alongside the housekeeping team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large housekeeping team
• Oversee HR procedures, including recruitment, training, and staff development
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all areas
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and health & safety regulations
• Liaise effectively with other departments to meet the needs of the business
• Create and manage weekly rotas
• Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as required
• Work within budgetary constraints and achieve operational goals

• Proven experience managing a large team in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of HR procedures and infection control policies
• A hands-on leader with exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
