Are you ready to take your hospitality career to the next level? Mint People are on the lookout for talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Commis Waiters to join our vibrant team. We're offering incredible opportunities at fantastic venues, including prestigious locations in Notting Hill, where Michelin-level service skills are a bonus!

Pay: £12.50 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)
Weekly Pay: Paid every Friday (two weeks in hand)
Flexibility: Shifts between Tuesday - Sunday - straight shifts, either 9am or 3/4pm start 
Career Growth: Gain experience across a variety of sectors

The Role

As Commis Waiter in Notting Hill your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and Set Tables: Ensure all table settings are precise and immaculate.
  • Assist Guests: Provide water refills, clear plates, and address guest needs promptly.
  • Deliver Dishes: Serve food accurately 
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Polish cutlery, plates and glassware, and restock during and after service.

    Requirements


  • Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in table settings and service standards.
  • Team Player: Works collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Customer-Focused: experience in a 5 star hotel restaurant /Michelin environment
  • Time Management: Maintains pace during high-pressure service periods.
  • Presentation Skills: Polished and well presented
