We’re seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and support our renowned 3 AA Rosette kitchen. You'll take charge of a section, assist senior chefs, and contribute to both restaurant and event service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a designated section with precision and high standards
  • Assisting in the preparation of fine-dining dishes for both the restaurant and events
  • Supporting senior chefs in maintaining quality control and presentation
  • Ensuring smooth operation during service and handling high-paced kitchen demands
